Late January TBD
Breakfast Briefing: Digital/Social Media Marketing Workshop
Location: TBD

Recently, a few MOB members have offered to provide discounts and pro deals to other members. We are working on putting together a holiday guide to compile these great offers, which range anywhere from 5%-40% off products and services. If you’re interested in offering a discount, please email isabel@maineoutdoorbrands.com

Thank you to everyone who made it out to Bunker Brewing for our one year celebration! We were so excited to see a full house, which just goes to show how strong this community truly is. Speakers included Board President Jim Hauptman, L.L. Bean President and CEO Steve Smith, and Director of Maine’s Office of Outdoor Recreation, Carolann Ouellette. 360 Media Venture’s video of MOB members, Making it in Maine: A Tradition of Craft and Innovation, was also featured.

Good To-Go, Blaze Partners, Sea Bags, Live and Work in Maine, Maine + Co, and Visit Maine headed out to Denver this November for OR: Winter Market. Despite a slower show than usual, Maine was well represented, and we found about 200 people who had connections to Maine and took the time to pin their favorite Maine location on our map.

With a popular happy hour, a successful video premiere, and many great conversations between our brands, buyers, other non-profits, and more, MOB definitely had a successful trip to Denver!

MOB is considering a large Maine pavilion for Summer OR. If you’re interested in attending the show, check in with isabel@maineotudoorbrands.com before singing up for your own booth.

MOB would like to extend many thanks to Isabel Mullin from Bernstein Shur for her work with on the advisory board. Isabel will be leaving Bernstein Shur and her role with MOB shortly as she transitions to an exciting new position as chief of staff to the Maine Senate Majority (Democratic) Office. We wish her all the best!!
