The Third Place is a cross-sector networking organization that provides social and professional opportunities for Black Mainers. We organize in ten sectors through our SHIFT Maine program- nonprofit, business/entrepreneurship, k-12 education, higher education, media & communications, banking and financial services, healthcare, technology, housing &trades, and environment. Our environmental network, ECO-BIPOC is a network of over thirty-five individuals from the BIPOC community who are employed or interested in the environmental-related fields.
