This is a new, dynamic role for Maine Fly Company as of late fall 2024. The primary responsibility for this new position is to act as an initial support to the MFC team and its community for marketing, customer experience, administrative, the coordination of company events, education, programs and community partners. This position will report directly to the owner and will take place at our headquarters in Yarmouth, Maine. Following onboarding, this position will also complete a fly rod building apprenticeship and can have some rod building duties upon the successful completion of the apprenticeship when needed.
